Who We Are
Promtaix was built for one reason: the experience of using AI prompts is broken.
Most people using AI tools — marketers, product teams, founders, educators, freelancers — share the same frustration. They paste a prompt into ChatGPT or Claude, get an output that’s almost right, tweak it, try again, and still can’t quite get what they needed. They don’t know if the prompt is the problem, the model is the problem, or if they’re just doing it wrong.
We built Promtaix to answer that question — and to fix it.
We are a team of designers, product thinkers, and AI enthusiasts who believe that how you experience AI prompting is just as important as which model you use. We are building the world’s first prompt experience platform: a place where prompts are not just stored or sold, but designed, tested, measured, and improved.
Our Mission
To make AI useful for everyone — not just the people who already know how to write a perfect prompt.
Prompt engineering has been treated as a specialist skill. We believe it should be a fluent, intuitive experience — like using a well-designed tool rather than reading a technical manual. Our mission is to close the gap between what AI can do and what most people actually experience when they use it.
What Promtaix Does
Promtaix operates across three dimensions that no other platform combines:
- Adaptive Prompt Experience — every prompt on Promtaix works across skill levels. A beginner sees a guided wizard. An expert sees raw structure. The same prompt, tuned to the person using it.
- Prompt Outcomes Intelligence — for the first time, you can actually know if a prompt is working. Promtaix lets you score your prompts, track performance over time, and see which versions deliver consistent, reliable results.
- Universal Prompt Workspace — one home for all your prompts, across every AI model. Write once, use across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and every major LLM — without copy-pasting or starting from scratch.
Who We Are For
Promtaix is built for the people who use AI every day but were never called ‘prompt engineers’:
| Who | What Promtaix solves for them |
| Marketers & content teams | Who need AI to produce on-brand, consistent outputs — not random experiments. |
| Product managers & founders | Who want to embed AI into their workflows without building a technical team. |
| UX designers | Who think about how AI interactions feel, not just what they output. |
| Educators & trainers | Who need to teach AI effectively to non-technical audiences. |
| Anyone who has said ‘my AI prompts just don’t work’ | This platform was built for you specifically. |
Our Values
- Experience over engineering — good design should make prompt writing feel effortless, not technical.
- Honesty over hype — we will always tell you what works, what doesn’t, and why. AI is powerful and imperfect. We treat both truths with equal seriousness.
- Accessibility over gatekeeping — the best AI outputs should not be reserved for those who already know the jargon.
- Measurement over guessing — every prompt should have a score. Every improvement should be visible.
Our Story
Promtaix started from a simple observation: every AI tool newsletter, community, and course in 2025 was answering the question ‘which AI model is best?’ Nobody was answering ‘why does my prompt keep failing?’
We spent months analysing the most common frustrations people share in AI communities — r/ChatGPT, r/PromptEngineering, LinkedIn threads, Discord servers. The pattern was always the same: people are not failing because AI is bad. They are failing because the experience of prompting has never been properly designed.
That realisation became the foundation of Promtaix. We are not building another prompt library. We are building the UX layer that AI prompting has never had.
